Hi,
I tried to install your other project (https://github.com/dolphin-admin/vue-admin), unfortunately it's not able install every package in this repo.
After doing some checks, I've found that the repository URL changed, so I updated them.
@brucesong/eslint-config-tswas pointing to a missing repository, so I fixed that as well.I bumped eslint to the latest version as v8 is deprecated.
